Study: Canadians Want Travel Dollars to Support Locals

Nearly 80% of Canadian travelers want their travel dollars to benefit locals in the destinations they visit, according to a study commissioned by G Adventures.

The poll, which surveyed more than 1,100 Canadians, revealed that they want to immerse themselves in local culture and want to vacation in less-visited places.
