Carolyn J. Feimster, president of CJF Marketing International, was named to the University of Florida Eric Friedheim Tourism Institute’s (EFTI) Board of Advisors. Feimster joins a distinguished group of leaders from the tourism industry. As a member of EFTI’s advisory board, Feimster will work to establish UF as the premier university for tourism development through the active engagement of the tourism industry in support of the institute and the university’s tourism curriculum.
EFTI is involved in both applied and theoretical research on the future of tourism which supports decision making in key areas of tourism management. EFTI is committed to supporting the initiatives of tourism research and learning centers in the areas of destination marketing and management, crisis management, analytics and sustainability.
